Calls and call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell the dispatcher, such as your address, the problem and a good time to reach you. We use that information to send help, to follow up on the job, and to review how well the call was handled.
If you do not want a call to be recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call and ask how else to proceed.
This website
This website has no forms, no accounts and no checkout. Every contact button is a phone link. Your device or browser may send standard technical details to our web host when a page loads, such as the page requested, the time and an approximate browser type. We use those server logs to keep the site running and to understand which pages are read.
We do not run advertising pixels on this site. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
